Clearly Belgrade is a comprehensive, strategic planning effort to develop a unified and aligned vision to for Transportation, Water Infrastructure, Land Use, and Parks, Recreation & Trail growth in the City of Belgrade. This effort will also develop an innovative web-based platform, unique to our community, that improves access and interaction with the City’s current and future planning documents. How long will the project take to complete?
The master planning effort will span the next 24 – 36 months.
What is the project study area?
The study area of the project will focus on the future growth and development within the city and will reach beyond into the surrounding boundary to consider changes in the extraterritorial planning jurisdiction and Gallatin County.
Who will be working on the plans?
This comprehensive planning effort will utilize the expertise of consultant teams Cushing Terrell, Ae2S, Fehr & Peers, and Konveio to craft¬ this massive planning effort informed by the valuable input of residents, businesses, and stakeholders throughout our community.
